The Board of Commissioners are responsible for setting Policy for the Authority.

The Board approves decisions that chart the direction of current and future programs and authorizes the actions of the Executive Director and his designees. The seven- member Board of Commissioners is confirmed by the Ocean City Council Members and the Governor's office policy of authority. Our Board meets every third Tuesday of each month. The meetings are held at the Ocean City Housing Authority Administrative Offices, located at Bayview Manor, 635 West Avenue in Ocean City. The Board Meetings are open to the public and start at 4:00 PM.
