What are the income requirements to qualify for housing?
This project has an income qualification range between 30% – 60% of the area median income for Region 6 – Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, Salem Counties.
How much will my rent be?
LIHTC – Low-Income Housing Tax Credit rents for this project range from $497 – $2,025 per month.
What utilities will I be responsible for?
Tenants will be responsible for Electric, Gas, Cable, and Phone. A utility allowance will be provided. Water and Sewer are owner paid.
I applied for housing, how long will it take me to get a response?
All communication with applicants will be provided response by US Mail, this can range from several weeks to several months.
How do I get an update on my position on the waiting list?

How do I submit my application?
Applications will only be accepted by US Mail. Applications will not be accepted by fax, e-mail, phone, or any other method other than US Mail.
My family is applying for housing, can each member of my household submit an application?
No, only one application for housing per family will be accepted.
I applied for housing but I have not heard from anyone?
All communication with applicants will be provided by US Mail. Please be patient and allow our staff to work through the process, all applications will be processed in the order they are received.
How will you select applicants?
Through a lottery, once the waiting list is closed all applicants will be randomized and selected through a double-blind lottery. All applicants will be entered into the lottery; the lottery will be conducted electronically.
