Who is the OCHA

The purpose of the Ocean City Housing Authority is to provide affordable housing for low and moderate-income for the residents of Ocean City. The OCHA consists of 121 units, Bay View Manor and Pecks Beach Village. 81 senior units and 40 family units. A total of 60 units at Pecks Beach Village.

The Future of the OCHA

The Speitel Commons at Bayview Manor project is currently in the pre-development stages. This project is planned to alleviate flooding at the current Pecks Beach Senior site and improve the quality of life for the residents.

Board Meeting Schedule

The Board of Commissioners meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Ocean City Housing Authority, located at 204 E 4th Street, Ocean City, NJ 08226.
